By browsing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our services, you ("Customer", "User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute an electronic contract under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder, as well as the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Commercial Offerings & Product Information

Gyani Praja offers physical hardbound, paperback, and special edition books spanning Vedic literature, Indian philosophy, classical history, and self-mastery. We make every endeavor to present accurate book dimensions, page counts, bindings, and prices.

However, slight variations in book cover paper foil reflection or natural paper hue may occur across print runs. We reserve the right to revise catalog offerings, descriptions, or prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• All prices displayed on gyanipraja.com are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as governed by the Government of India.
• Delivery charges: Shipping is FREE for orders valued at ₹499 or more. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
• In the event of an inadvertent typographical error in price, Gyani Praja reserves the right to cancel or decline orders placed at the erroneous price, and promptly issue a full refund via Razorpay.

4. Payment Gateway & Transaction Security

All electronic payments on Gyani Praja are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), an authorized Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and certified PCI-DSS Level 1.

We accept Unified Payments Interface (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard debit and credit cards, and Internet Banking from 50+ major Indian scheduled banks.

5. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation or payment notification does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Gyani Praja reserves the right to accept or decline your order in case of inventory exhaustion, courier non-serviceability of pincode, or suspicious fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled post-payment, a full refund will be automatically credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, including but not limited to book cover designs, typography, layout, texts, graphics, logos, emblems, and editorial commentaries published by Gyani Praja, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gyani Praja Books & Media Pvt. Ltd. and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. No reproduction, unauthorized resale, or digital harvesting is permitted without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Gyani Praja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this site, courier delivery delays caused by natural calamities (force majeure), or payment processing delays attributable to banking networks.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
