Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major electronic payment instruments via Razorpay, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard debit/credit cards, and NetBanking from over 50 scheduled Indian banks.

Is my payment safe on Gyani Praja?

Absolutely. Your payment is processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure with 256-bit encryption. Gyani Praja does not store or process your banking passwords, card numbers, or UPI MPINs.

What should I do if my payment was debited but the order failed?

This usually happens due to a momentary banking gateway timeout. Under standard banking protocols, debited amounts are automatically reconciled and reversed by your bank within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not see the reversal, please email us at support@gyanipraja.com with your transaction reference.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

How much are the delivery charges?

Shipping is completely FREE for all orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout.

How soon will I receive my books?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Metros usually arrive in 2–4 business days, while other regions take 4–7 business days. You will receive an SMS and Email with live courier tracking details as soon as your parcel ships.

3. Book Quality & Printing Standards

What kind of paper and binding do you use?

All Gyani Praja editions are printed on premium 80 GSM wood-neutral, acid-free archival paper that will not yellow with age. Our hardcovers feature Smyth-sewn lay-flat binding and debossed gold leaf foiling.

Do your editions feature original Sanskrit texts?

Yes. Our philosophical and Vedic publications include the complete original Devanagari Sanskrit verses alongside Roman transliteration and verse-by-verse analytical English commentary.

4. Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

We provide a 7-day replacement or full refund if your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Simply email photographs to support@gyanipraja.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

How long does a refund take to reflect in my bank account?

Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay within 24–48 hours and typically credit to your original payment source (UPI/Card/NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
