- BlueDart Express (Air express for Tier-1 & Tier-2 metros)
- Delhivery Surface & Express (Comprehensive pan-India coverage)
- India Post Speed Post / Registered Parcel (Reaching remote talukas, hill regions, and Northeast India)

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 working hours of payment confirmation on Razorpay.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (State Capitals & Major Towns): 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India (Rural, Remote, J&K, Northeast): 5 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and Indian National / Gazetted Holidays. In the rare event of unforeseen delays caused by extreme weather, festivals, or local transport disruptions, our support team will keep you proactively informed.
4. Real-Time Parcel Tracking
The moment your parcel is scanned at our dispatch hub, you will receive an automated SMS and Email notification containing:
- The Courier Name (e.g., BlueDart or Delhivery)
- The Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number
- A direct 1-click URL to track live parcel progress
5. Archival Packaging Standard
We understand that book lovers value pristine book corners and uncreased spines. Every Gyani Praja volume is first wrapped in protective water-resistant bio-poly, cushioned with bubble protection, and encased within a reinforced, rigid fluted cardboard book mailer to prevent any transit damage.
6. Undelivered or Returned Parcels
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times and contact the recipient via the provided mobile number. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, invalid phone number, or prolonged customer unavailability, the parcel returns to our warehouse. We will contact you immediately to arrange re-dispatch or issue a refund.
